We’re launching our Graduate Launch Pad Program with our sister agency Batch Services
We’re kicking off 2022 and are set to launch careers with our new Graduate Launch Pad Program, in partnership with our sister agency Batch Services. This paid three-month program is open to recent graduates or final year students who are interested in a career in communication, design or strategy.
During the program, successful applicants will immerse themselves in our studio culture while receiving mentorship and training to hone their skills in either design or marketing. They’ll also have the chance to collaborate with our team on live briefs for real clients and get first-hand experience in seeing creative ideas being developed and produced.
We’re currently only taking applications for a hybrid designer / project manager, but individuals who have recently studied other disciplines, such as marketing, research, or sustainability, are welcome to register their interest for future placements. See the complete list of subject areas.

The program provides an initial flexible arrangement for candidates to work between 2 and 5 days a week with a combination of in-studio days and working-from-home. The agency also provides the possibility of moving into a full-time position after the program.
