We helped Justice Health NSW evolve their communication through an Employee Value Proposition.

Justice Health NSW provides healthcare services to those who come into contact with the criminal justice system. They serve patients in the community, inpatient and custodial settings. Encountering recruitment challenges for these hard-to-fill roles, Focus Creative helped Justice Health NSW produce an engaging employee value proposition to attract the right talent.

We first visited several sites to gain an understanding of Justice Health NSW as a workplace. We then completed over 20 interviews with current, previous and potential employees across various roles. This allowed us to identify key insights to shape our communication strategy and address our audience as change makers.

 

Just the place.

Our research led us to the conclusion that making a difference isn't an easy task. Justice Health NSW offers an opportunity to improve the lives of those who need it most. It's for someone who is willing to face the challenge of changing the world.

Our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) was built around the positioning line, 'just the place'. This tapped into the deeper motivations of our audience to make a real difference and confirm that Justice Health is just the place; to grow your career, and improve lives.

We created the core creative concept and key visuals to support the EVP. With its focus on positive impact, the campaign and messaging were well received by stakeholders.
