De'Longhi sought a global campaign to launch La Specialista Touch, its premium home espresso machine designed to empower everyday baristas. After winning a competitive pitch, Focus Creative developed a video-led campaign supported by digital, social, POS, and out-of-home assets. The goal: highlight the machine’s sophistication while making café-quality coffee feel effortless and within reach.

We started with a powerful insight: great coffee isn't just made, it's performed. Our concept, internally dubbed the Confidence Campaign, focused on the empowerment the La Specialista Touch offers coffee lovers. By dramatising the five stages of coffee craft – grinding, tamping, brewing, frothing and enjoying, we crafted a performance narrative that highlights both ease and expertise.
Our global creative execution was anchored in Australian café culture, tapping into a market leading coffee innovation. Working in tight collaboration with De'Longhi's global team, we ensured consistency across regions while honouring local nuance.

The campaign strengthened De'Longhi’s position as a premium global coffee brand while demystifying the art of espresso for everyday users. Visually compelling and emotionally resonant, the work spanned 15 and 30-second hero videos, high-impact out-of-home, digital assets, and interactive social content. Beyond strong internal alignment across markets, the campaign fuelled consumer engagement and solidified Focus Creative’s ongoing partnership with De'Longhi.
