The Social Outfit is a not-for-profit fashion social enterprise that empowers refugee and migrant women through paid training in sewing and retail. Based in Newtown, they produce ethical clothing and run a vibrant retail store. Accredited by Social Traders, Good on You, and Ethical Clothing Australia, they provide the skills and experience women need to move into long-term employment.
To grow their impact, The Social Outfit needed to sharpen how they told their story — not just to donors, but also to participants, partners, and collaborators.
