Focus Creative was engaged to develop a distinctive brand strategy and visual identity that would clearly express what sets Zest Care apart, while reflecting their deep commitment to human-centred support.

Through research and customer listening, we uncovered that Zest Care’s true strength is not just in the services they deliver, but in the deep personal connections and holistic care they provide. This insight shaped a brand strategy anchored in empathy, optimism, and trust.
We brought the strategy to life with a vibrant new logo, a dynamic multi-colour palette to differentiate service streams, and clear brand guidelines. By co-creating messaging, collateral, and tools with the Zest Care team, we ensured the brand could be activated consistently and with confidence.
